Quality
assurance as one of the most important sections of the factory
has accurate supervision over calculation and manufacturing
procedure of Pressboard and Componets. Specifications of
applying materials will be controlled according to IEC,
DIN, JIS and BS standards; also the section's personnel
have supervision over all the procedure of manufacturing,
packing and shipment.
Different
parts of quality management system are HV (High Voltages)
labs, material and manufacturing control lab that control
different procedures of manufacturing.
To
achieve a world-class quality in products, in all the factories
of Western India Plywoords Limited three different types
of final tests are performed. These tests are performed
to confirm the reliability of products and also to assure
the ability of withstanding the conditions; they will be
exposed to, during their service. Tests are carried out
according to IEC 60641 B.3.1, JIS C 2305, DIN 7733, BS 231-1975
& IS - 1576 _ 1992 or any other international standard.
