We give full consulting services to produce Pressboard (Transformerboard) Moulded Components in various types and also custom designed moulded components of pressboard for production of output transformers and distribution transformers. Components of pressboard (Transformerboard) are used in oil-cooled power transformers and distribution transformers primarily due to their high purity, mechanical strength and optimal oil-impregnability. The components formed of pressboard, such as snouts, chimney, caps or angle rings, edge protections, end (clamping) rings, enable an exact adaptation to the electric field conditions prevailing in the transformer. These products are used so as to isolate the terminal leads of transformer winding. They are final insulation components in the power transformers, regulates the electrostatic fields existing in the terminal leads and enable the transformer to work reliably.

Moulded insulation products includes angle rings, cap rings, edge and disc insulation angle and cap rings as well as special molded components for industrial transformers. These irregular shaped insulation products in the form of snouts moulded from wet pulp sheets.

Cylinders :- Cylinders of Transformerboard are stable, mechanically strong, electrically reliable and favorably pressed.

Complete Insulation Packages (Kits) :- Kits allows for less production costs and decreased manufacturing cycle time of power transformer production. Kits are produced according to customer request.

Snouts-Chimney Sectors-Flange Tubes :- Molded components made of Transformerboard according to IEC 60641.

Caps or Angle Rings :- Machine molded components made of Transformerboard according to IEC 60641. It made from 100% sulphate cellulose pulp and made of high quality Transformerboard.

Edge Protections :- Made of Transformerboard according to IEC 60641 in form of Angle Ring or Cap Sectors

End (Clamping) Rings :- Made of Transformerboard according to IEC 60641, manufactured in different technologies. Since it is glued with casein based glue, it has considerably high electrical strength.

Shield Rings :- The Rings are made of Laminated Wood according to IEC 61061 or Laminated Pressboard according to IEC 60763. Special Shield Rings are produced for High Voltage Power Transformers & HVDC.
